I quote per project. Tell me what needs doing on the contact page, and I will reply with a scope, a timeline and a fixed price within two working days.
What I take on
| Service | Typical deliverable | Proof on this site |
|---|---|---|
| AI enablement and training | A rollout plan, risk tiers for tools and connectors, a shared skills library, staff sessions and a usage policy | AI rollout case |
| Workflow automation | n8n or Power Automate flows for repeat steps, with logging and a named owner for each flow | Contact automation |
| Skill and tool-server deployments | AI skills or integrations, vetted and documented, set up inside your governance rules | Vetting tree |
| SEO testing and search visibility | A repeatable query benchmark across search engines, with the method and its limits written down | Search visibility case |
| Integration and vendor research | A shortlist with conditions, backed by a dated evidence ledger | Middleware case |
| Interactive training content | H5P lessons and quizzes, packaged for your LMS and tested at real screen sizes | H5P course |
| Marketing campaigns and graphics | Campaigns set up with conversion tracking, and graphics that match your brand | Interview |
| Migrations | WordPress to Next.js or Shopify, and database moves, with a backup, a rollback plan and a checklist | Interview |
How the work runs
- Scope call (free, 30 minutes). We talk about what hurts, what you use today, and what done looks like.
- Written scope and fixed price. The scope lists the deliverables, what I need from you, the timeline, the price, and the revisions included.
- Build in your accounts. You own the accounts, code, data and documentation from day one.
- Test and review. I run automated checks where they make sense, then walk you through the result.
- Handover. You get documentation, a recorded walkthrough, and two weeks of fixes for anything that does not match the scope.
What stays true across projects
- Ownership: the work is built in your accounts, or delivered as files you keep. You are not locked in to me.
- Hosting: it runs in your environment, or with a provider you choose. I can recommend one; I will not require one.
- Revisions: two rounds within the agreed scope.
- Support after handover: optional. Either a monthly retainer, or ad-hoc work at an agreed hourly rate.
- Data: client data stays in your systems. I use test data wherever I can.
