Lab / H5P course

Working safely with client data

Four short activities for staff at Example XYZ Consulting. You inspect messages, limit vendor data sharing and handle a client file request.

Example XYZ Consulting is a fictional regional advisory firm. The course uses simulated messages and vendors. It includes no client records.

Work through the activities in order and allow about 25 minutes. Each activity gives feedback and can be repeated. The knowledge check requires 7 of 10 correct answers.

For these exercises, client files stay in approved systems. Verify unusual requests through a known contact channel. Share only the required information with named recipients. Report an accidental disclosure promptly to the engagement lead and the IT provider.

Activities load when you select them. Progress stays in the current page session and resets on reload. No results go to a learning record store. There is no audio narration.
