- Wrote and delivered an AI adoption plan for a regional advisory firm: administration model, Canadian data-residency handling, risk tiers for skills, connectors and tool servers, then a staged rollout with staff training.
- Built a shared library of AI skills for operations, finance, marketing and outreach, including a generator for brand-themed decks with formatted pivot tables.
- Turned recorded sessions and an advisor-authored curriculum into a self-serve leadership course in LearnDash, with custom H5P assessments and hand-written XML and CSS overlays.
- Benchmarked the firm's search visibility across a 318-query bank with a self-hosted crawler in Docker; delivered ranking and category placement analysis at no licensing cost.
- Wrote SOPs for every workflow (narration, deck building, prompt library) and tested each one end to end with browser automation, so a successor can run the program unaided.

- Researched managed integration platforms to fix synchronization between a CRM and a project-management platform: mapped API endpoints, compared feature sets and wrote the evidence behind a middleware shortlist.

- Drafted SOPs for Monday.com and Microsoft Bookings, and recommended where Power Automate flows could replace manual handoffs between departments.
- Ran database imports and data consolidation across platforms to improve reporting for the technology team.

- Moderated Microsoft Teams sessions for clients and coordinated Chamber of Commerce events across the Kootenays.
Selected projects
Self-hosted virtualised lab (2023 – present). Started in 2023 on a Linux desktop (DNS filtering, media server); since 2024 a Proxmox host with three isolated application containers and a mirrored storage VM; 34 running services covering ingress, VPN-only administration, DNS filtering, shared databases, monitoring, alerting, workflow automation and daily backups with 7/4/3 retention. Diagnosed and fixed a boot-order storage race across every dependent service.
Interactive learning system (2026). Seven H5P training programs with five custom content types, branching scenarios and downloadable packages, covered by 735 automated browser and package checks.
Search visibility research pipeline (2026). Multi-engine query harness with parser diagnostics, rate-limit handling and documented limits, built after diagnosing that the blocks came from the automation fingerprint, not the IP.
